These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Tool Sphere's tools, website, and any account you create. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms — please read them carefully.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Tool Sphere account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the site and, where applicable, to make any Premium purchase.
Tool Sphere's tools are provided for lawful, personal, and professional use. You are solely responsible for the files you upload and process — you must have the legal right to use, upload, and process any file you submit to a tool. For example, you must not upload copyrighted material you don't have rights to distribute or modify, or files containing other people's private or sensitive data without their permission.
Some tools have daily usage limits for free or unregistered use. These limits exist to keep the service sustainable and fast for everyone; registered accounts and Premium subscribers receive higher or unlimited usage depending on the specific tool.
You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized automated means to access or abuse tool endpoints, attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer our infrastructure, or place excessive load on our servers.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorized it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform's free-tier limits through circumvention, or engage in fraudulent activity, including around Premium payments and refunds.
Premium is an optional paid upgrade that removes daily usage limits on applicable tools and unlocks priority processing and early access to new features. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms for Premium subscriptions are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
You may not use Tool Sphere's tools to process, generate, or distribute illegal content, material that infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy rights, malware or malicious code, or content intended to harass, defraud, deceive, or otherwise harm any person or organization.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its underlying infrastructure, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the service.
Articles, guides, and other written or visual content published on Tool Sphere (excluding files you personally upload and process) are our intellectual property or used under license, and are provided for personal, informational use. You may not republish, redistribute, scrape, or commercially reuse this content without our prior written permission.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool, feature, or aspect of the service at any time as we improve the platform, without prior notice in most cases. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes that materially affect active Premium subscribers.
Tool Sphere is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. See our Disclaimer page for further detail on tool output accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tool Sphere and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or tools — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of files, lost profits, or reliance on tool output or published content — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tool Sphere will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms periodically as the service evolves. Continued use of Tool Sphere after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
