Tool Sphere provides free online tools and informational content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This page explains, in plain language, the practical limits of what we can promise.
Our tools are built carefully and tested before release, but automated processing — file conversion, compression, merging, AI-based background removal, image upscaling, and similar operations — can occasionally produce results that don't match what you expected, especially with unusual, corrupted, very large, or non-standard input files.
We recommend keeping a backup of any original file before processing it with a tool that overwrites or replaces it, particularly for documents, photos, or video you can't easily recreate. This is standard practice with any file-processing tool, not a sign that our tools are unreliable — it's just good file hygiene.
Tools described as AI-powered (our background remover and image upscaler, currently) use automated machine learning models. Their output quality depends heavily on the input image's resolution, lighting, and complexity, and results are not guaranteed to be suitable for professional, legal, medical, or commercial use without your own review.
Our Study Tools — including the percentage/CGPA calculator and the answer review tool — are aids to help you study and self-check. They are not a substitute for your institution's official grading system, and we're not responsible for decisions made based solely on these tools' output.
Educational content, guides, and articles published on Tool Sphere are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, academic, or technical advice specific to your individual situation. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on something you read here.
Some tools and features depend on infrastructure operated by other companies. Our AI Image Upscaler currently uses an external processing service rather than our own servers. Our email delivery (account verification, password resets, login alerts, newsletters) runs through a third-party SMTP provider. Premium payments are processed by Razorpay.
We choose these providers carefully and disclose their role wherever relevant, but we don't control their uptime, infrastructure decisions, or occasional outages, and we're not liable for issues that originate on their end beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.
Pages and articles on the site may link to external websites for reference or further reading. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of websites we don't operate.
We aim to keep every tool available and working at all times, but as a free service run by a small team, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Tools may occasionally be slow during high traffic, temporarily unavailable during maintenance, or modified and discontinued as we improve the platform. We'll always try to give notice before removing a tool people actively rely on.
We may update this disclaimer as our tools and services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
